right i m after a light weight fly wheel as mine by the looks of it is one of the heavist made. i have a verto type clutch but with the onlder style, seperate starter solinoid to the motor, anyone got any ideas on what i can do, or if i can just swap it?

Just swap the fly wheel over for the earlier type. To check that your starter will mesh correctly with it, count the teeth on the fly wheel you took off and the new one and make sure they are the same. The old type (pre verto) has 107 teeth, the later type (verto) has 129 teeth. The starter needed for the old type fly wheel is the one with the seperate solonoid like you say you have.

Not forgetting the clutch, pressure plate, disc and the centre bolt, washer and locking plate.

Also you may need to convert to the old type clutch cylinder and long arm.
