Kitchen is in the process of being painted!!






Some nice Chrome pipework to the radiators!





And I gave the hall a quick coat of white paint ...





Maaaan, there's a lot of work needed to fill and flatten those walls!!

Is that a 'Powermax Complete' alarm system I see in the hall?

It isn't - its an Infinite system, but that's all I know - proper fancy! It rings you if something happens and you can listen to what's going on! We also have remote controls to turn it off. That's Ks little addition

Made to measure kitchen blinds have arrived! Yay-ness!

And they're a rather perfect fit, if I do say so myself!

Oh, and as a Christmas present, from my mum and dad, we went to the ideal home show at the end of March ...

Ahh yes, I've fitted a few of them over the years, they're a bugger when you need to replace the batteries in the PIR's though, the stupid little clip snaps off when you open the cover so you end up having to glue them closed


Apart from that, they're decent.

The only thing that concerned me initially that the main alarm control unit is so blimmin' massive in the hall! But once everything else is in and sorted - I don't think it'll be too bad!

Got a current photo of the front room somewhere, I'll sort it out - We removed the Christmas tree ..... yesterday!



Oh - And I've ordered bathroom tiles!!

Bathroom is gonna be rather clinical, yet traditional ...

Edit: yep, just checked back.... November! It's only dried these last few days! It's so so cold in there! Need rads on ASAP .... !!

Anyway - I eventually got round to painting the main wall in the living room!





And, these are the bathroom tiles!



The non-bevelled, satin version! Can't stand the bevelled ones



And - found this in the garden this afternoon
