Yes! That's right! We're finally home-owners! Woot!

After a battle trying to find something suitable for both of us, for a price that we were willing to pay, with enough space for our Mini-collection - we've bought our very first home together!

I hope to document the transformation of the house, here - As we bring it back to its former glory!

The write-up from the estate agents states:

"entrance porch, entrance hall with period tiled floor, bay windowed sitting room, dual aspect dining room, kitchen, utility, cellar, rear lean to, cloakroom, two double bedrooms, master with views along Hills, family bathroom. Further benefits include; gas central heating, double glazing, detached garage and driveway, private rear garden."

So, this is it!:

Oh, another good thing about the house is that it's 4 minutes from work!!

Heh! Thanks!! We've been collecting a few bits and bobs for the house! :)

We have an Aga, an original victorian roll-top bath, some belfast sinks etc!

When we can afford it, we'll be getting a nice original front door for it and re-instating the sash windows! Whether they're new, double glazed wooden ones, or original single glazed, we're not sure yet.

First thing's first - getting in before the new year - (before stamp duty!!)
