Mini spares have these mirrors for £53 each:

What is the difference? Are the more expensive ones any better?

The more expensive ones are a specific color, diamond white to match diamond white minis. The others are just a standard white that you could use on say a red mini?

I thought the first ones were Genuine Rover which are now NLA hense being out of stock and the second ones were MiniSpares reproduction ones?

The cheaper pair are non-genuine. Product codes ending MS are given to items made by or for Mini Spares. The more expensive one is also out of stock and probably won't be coming back, there are no more genuine coloured back mirrors in production. Everywhere has been selling off their left overs as odd pairs.
