That sounds like a blinding deal you got there, my local chap who normally does my little MOT bits charged me £80 just for a patch at the rear of a sill!

For sure! Im getting both side sill panels, rear valance, boot panel and passenger floor replaced for £90 lol ( i had to buy the panels but ive decided to do this properly)

I'say it was a brilliant deal as well. and £150 to spray is also a brilliant deal even if you have to do some work and provide the paint

im still probably gonna do it myself though.

i ended up getting:

rear boot panel cut out & new one put on
passenger foot well cut out and welded on
left and right side repair panels welded on
rear valance welded on
full under seal (sprayed)
£120 - included materials

good deal?
