Yep, first thing I bought was a 12/13" to 10" brake conversion kit :D
Things began to happen after the New Year break and now the snow has slowed it all down again.

Did you find out what caused him to try the Russ Swift tribute act?

Well, I must have been going a bit too fast to start with, but then the front o/s suspension collapsed. Paul Tupman has found the part that broke but I haven't got a picture yet. Whatever it was allowed the lower swivel ball joint to pop out just as Guessworks, Camp Freddy & Danny California thought. Paul also suggests that had I been going much too fast the car would have rolled rather than simply tipping sideways.

That looked nasty, good luck with the rebuild and your hip. Methinks a large calibrated impact tool and some gaffer tape will sort that out, thats if you squint real hard and in a darkened room.

Its heart breaking but i'm sure it will all come good in the end. Make sure you keep the harnesses and seats they obviously saved you a lot of hurt. I'll have to recommend them to my boy for his mini.
