So what actually happened do you think it was a ball joint??
Just my bad driving However it was totally unexpected and very unnerving on a corner I use regularly.
EDIT OK Now we have a plan ... a mate from our mini club who works at Tiverton and has a trailer will rescue Huey from the clutches of the pound tomorrow. I hope. Then we'll see what's possible ...
Thanks again for all your support

Really feel for you Teapot.
Hope this isn't the end for Huey, would be a great shame.
He did look stunning at south west yesterday.
Glad to hear you were unharmed though.
Fingers crossed for tomorrow.

Just talking from experience here, when someone when through a red light and wrote one of my cars off the police got kind of forced me into getting there guys to take it away even through i said i have a trailer and will get it collected that same evening.
The next day i called the place that the car was taken to and they told me that iv got to pay for the recover feed and storage. It was taken 10 miles down the road and was just stored over night and they wanted over £400!!! If you go through insurance they will pay these fees, but if you do that you will have a long wait before you can have the car back in your possession...
Good luck with it all, hope you get it sorted soon.

Good job you're retired. All that 9 to 5 time on your hands to knock him back into shape. Go for it.
Matilda's rooting for you.
