i recently bought one of the kad style lift collar quickshifts off ebay. as with most non kad quickshifts the nylon ball did need sanding (quite a bit) although its all fitted now and it works pretty well. I woldnt advise buying one of the non genuine ones unless you are willing to remove the gear linkage to fit it. took about 2-3 hours to fit but probably would have been quicker as the battery drill i fixed the nylon ball to to sand it needed charging every 10 minutes :thumbsup: but end result aint bad :thumbsup:

Ive got a Quickshifter on my car. Not sure what make it is. But it is a very short shift. Not alot of movement at all.

Only problem is, Going from 2nd to 3rd is sometimes a bit tricky, Not sure why. Just seems a little weird.



I've got a KAD quickshifter and that 2nd-3rd can be a bugger, specially if you're in a hurry (which kind of defeats the point really!!!!!)

The KAD one i have is great, But i have tried the aftermarket type and does`nt have the same feel to it!!! KAD is worth the money
