When we ordered them however we asked the young lady on the phone if instead of delivering them to us could they bring them along to The Malvern Mini show?
She seemed unwilling to do this and had a couldnt care less attitude

Her answer was if we take some to the show you can buy them there if not hard luck

We said that everytime they are at the show they have budget cheapy tires on them and we wanted Yokos

But still this couldnt care less atitude, they had over a week to fit tyres and put them in a van but that young lady with an atitude problem wouldnt budge

My partner Sam had rang the order through and got that attitude so decided not to order

We still wanted those wheels so i rang back and i dont take no for an answer!!
I asked to speak to the manager and told him what i wanted

I pointed out if they could do that they got our bussiness if not they lost it,no problem he told us and as promised they brought them along to the Malverns

So from my personal experience one of their staff members has an atitude problem whereas the others seem fine

Thankfully weve had no problems with our wheels though i wouldnt like to say how approachable they are if anything goes wrong with them

So id say if they are branded goods you can buy anywhere Huddersfield Mini Spares are as good as any but as others have pointed out i wouldnt touch their suspension ,shocks etc parts with a bargepole

what they meant was probably "newly-established", should you be pedantic.Miniparts UK is a new established company
Isn't that sentence a bit contradictory?
Yes VAT is fixed not by the seller but by the government because it's a tax, so if they're charging more than 15% VAT (17.5% after Jan 1st) then I'm pretty sure they're doing something illegal.
I've only ever bought from them once and didn't have a problem, although the parcel shelf mat I got only covered about 70% of the shelf
Saying that, I've heard a hell of a lot of bad things about them, not just from people on here.

My only beef with them was when i ordered 2 items, and was quoted postage for the 2 items. But only one arrived as the other was out of stock (didint know until i opened the package) but they still charged me the original postage price! And despite 2 emails, didnt get a reply. With so many companies out there asking for our business, i felt a little let down by that - And havent used them since!

IMO the customer service was good.
The only problem I had was I fitted an angel eye headlight, and the bezel was a little tight,
when I turned it on to test it, the lens cracked from top to middle,
So now I have one angel eye headlight. Obv. No I don't have two different lights on the car!!

Anyway I returned the gear knob to them and after 10 days and a lot of ringing them asking where my refunded money is, it finally went into my account. But they only refunded me the money for the price of the gear knob and not the £5 postage. Which I feel is wrong since I didn't order a lucky draw of every selection of gear knobs. It was their purpose actions and small brains that caused this.
I've spent well over £550 at huddersfield spares so far and sure as hell won't be spending anymore.

The gear knob I wanted had grooves in it and the one they sent was smooth and looked like a dildo.
I would have sat on it and waited for a refund.
Oh wait...
