wow thanks for all the feedback :( i shall have to get some when i fix my car tomorrow :)

darkskamp is there a nottsaboutmini meet this tuesday?
i bumped into mark a few weeks back and he told me to come along but ive been so busy with work and the car beening busted last couple of mothes i havn't been able to get there :)

yeah there is a meeting on tuesday 24th. we meet about 7.30pm at the ram inn but it doesnt really start until 8pm

car fixed tools bought :) what does everybody use to tighten bleed screw as its 1/4 inch can you get a little spanner that big?

there great specialy when you get your 20% off with the trade card. i have them and others do in my garage and we swing off trucks all day with them.

I don't have a set, but my mate got one when it was 50% off (?!?!!?!). Even at full price, the pro range is very good. Don't think you'll be needing that lifetime guarantee though, I doubt you'll break any of them!:D

I myself choose a slightly different route; I bought a very comprehensive kit from ebay for 50 quid (which has torx drivers, 1/2" and 1/4" sockets and wrenches), which provides me with all the sockets, bits and extensions I could ever want.

Then simply invest in a nice Facom 1/2" and 1/4" ratchets and it's all thumbs up! Facom ratchets are of course in a whole other league (and their socket sets are prohibitively expensive)
