I've been slogging away on the project this past summer - too busy to post, but I'll give you a taste of what has been going on. Dry sump, 380BHP at the crank at 18PSI boost!

Aric, in one of your posts you mentioned hoping to pull over a full G of cornering force. I suspect you will be able to do much more than that. I have a 4 axes G meter in my Mini and at the Mini Meet West this June I was pulling 1.68 G's of cornering force with my Mini.

Nice project you've got there.
When looking at you enginge pics I see the internal waste gate right in front of your manifold. I don't know about the internal types, but I had this High temp Turbosmart external one, of wich the internal diaphargm melted in just 100 miles...and it's has more distance from the manifold as on your setup. I solved it by buying a newer type with a better diaphragm and wrapping/coating the downpipe. (only the manifold was wrapped at first and my downpipe goes the other way around, so this was very hot too)
How many PSI are you planning on driving it? Are the internals still stock?
And what is the blue thing on the left, which seems like the oil lines are connected too?

Thanks for the compliments.
The Garrett internal wastegates are bulletproof, I'm not too worried about it. I'll be running 15 to 18PSI with 350 to 380BHP. The engine internals are far from stock - it's got Carillo H beams, CP forged low compression pistons, Cometic head gasket, ARP head studs, intake cam / exhaust cam swap, upgraded valve springs, adjustable cam timing gears, Vance and Hines high spec Hyvo timing chain, a billet race clutch, oversized output drive shaft, undercut race gearbox and shifting shafts, a full dry sump oil system, and a few more bits and pieces.
I'll be coating the header and turbo hot side with Swaintech ceramic coating, and also adding a turbo blanket to the hot side to reduce under bonnet temps.
The "blue thing" is a billet oil filter that feeds the dry sump system. It's made by Canton. You can see it here:
