Everything is looking good. Can't wait to see it on the road. With regards to the MOT yeah it should just take a couple of hours to sort out the important bits, just need it completed by Friday and work is probably going to get in the way.

great work there KAM. Always a great feeling when you get your gears sorted. As for the letter I'm going to my garage tomorrow with it and see what they can do. It's been a while for me as work has stopped me getting any stuff done and so in that time the DVLA sent me another copy of that letter and then today I got a V5 through Thinking have they just gone ahead and done the change???? No they just sent back an original V5 so when I get on to the garage tomorrow I'll call the DVLA up and see what the score is. All good fun eh

DVLA sent me another copy of that letter and then today I got a V5 through Thinking have they just gone ahead and done the change???? No they just sent back an original V5

I got my letter with my V5 and just went for the V5 first, straight to the cc section and 1275!

I called them anyway as I got a tax reminder through a couple of weeks ago and wanted to know a few things, I spoke with the lady that dishes out these letters and she said its hit and miss if they send a letter out even if you dont put any proof with it? Good system then!

She said any confirmation on headed paper by a garage is fine, they dont go indepth after that, so you should be fine
