Few ideas. You can get a film that goes over your window that helps it from being smashed. Iv seen it on here before. You can also fit an alarm a removable steering wheel and double lock. My mate has double locks fitted to his mini van and that knocked his insurance down by £100 alone.

havent seen that window stuff will searcht hat thanks what did he do for a double lock ive started with the steering wheel now  ive got a clubman gt wheel on there its only one big bolt ;)

??

thanks Dan

Hi. Found this on youtube.

<object width="425" height="344"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.c...></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.c...hl=en_US&fs=1&" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="425" height="344"></embed></object>

Thats the film stuff you can get.

With the double lock I'm not sure where you get them from as it was on the van when he bought it.

This is the worst pic but you can just about make out the extra lock just down from the handle on the right.

That small little spot is the extra lock. When I next see it I'll try and take some pics for you.

EDIT: Spelling.

that film stuff looks amazing and yer i see the lock good idea might have to invest in some thing like that thanks

I've got a kill switch, when engaged the engine will turn over and not fire up. When not engaged the engine will turn over and hopefully start
So somone trying to nick it will just think that it's not starting or somthing and by that time I would of heard the starter motor turning over for ages and will come out and give the barsteward/s 'a bloody good hiding'

I take the rotor arm with me, less hassle than a coil.

Not with a 64D dizzy....

Hi Massey having also gone to uni in Swansea its a nightmare for car crime i had my fiesta stolen from there and my friends cars were stolen by joy riders only to be found smashed into a shop window!!! your in for a lot of fun its maily kid wanting to joy ride!

you have a few choices:

look for accomadation with a garage.
look for a local garage to lock her in.
definatly get removable steering wheel they will never bother trying i guarantee.
buy a shotgun and sleep with one eye open, scrub that you may get in trouble lol

wire it up to a 240v socket so they get a nice little shock when they touch it
