Spacered drums on the rear and 7.5 cooper s brakes up front I'm guessing

I have the similar set up. Spacered drums on rear and 3/4" at front but I don't know why my right.front wheel is rubbing on the wheel arch (at front). Only one wheel and I have hilos in all four wheels. Also my tie bars are equal in both wheels. I don't know what to do, I was thinking to fit one 7mm whaser in my toe bars so I can push the wheels back a little bit... So probably it will not rub this way. What can you suggest me? Regards

Take it to get the wheel alignment done ensure you have adjustable bottom arms and tie bars before hand. A 7mm washer is not the answer.

The 145s look really skinny compared with the 165s, but the car is so much lighter to drive and looks right.

I've always had 165s on my minis but decided to stick 145s on my reverse rims and love the feel of them.
As you say they feel lighter and make the car just feel right.
Your gt looks much better with them too.
It's a beautiful thing.
