I don't care if it's just primer, but the matt paint scheme just looks good. =)

Red oxide does look good, a nice change to satin/mat black

but remeber that like all primers, it is porus and if there is any bare metal beneath it, it will rust through quite quickly.

yeah, I'm aware of that. I've been looking for paint colors that would match that primer that could be used with matt lacquer on it. It probably would need loads of sanding down before it would look good but it's propably worth it  Don't know if it would be possible to use matt lacquer on top of the primer though :P (bit OT, sorry)

A matt lacquer over red oxide should hold the rust at bay, if not use a colour like vermilion with a satin lacquer (if you can get a 2 stg vermilion?)

Are you sure those where cooper S rims, from the pics i can't see the series of vent holes, look more like banded stock 3.5" wheels. Dam cool all the same

Can't really pin it yet guys. simply because People have posted up pictures of their wheels without saying what they are,.. where they are from and how much they cost. Which are the main things people ask for when starting up 'lets see your wheels' threads. It's also important to list what arches cover the particular wheel and where the arches came from.

If you post a picture up,.. write the details down  then we can look at tidying it up and possibly making it a FAQ too.

Minifinity had a Wheels gallery, It had potential but think about how many different wheel types there are, all with the different sizes, then copies etc... the thread would be massive. But as long we're careful and link to pictures rather than attach them to posts, i can't see the problem.

If we can get a nice orderly collection of wheels with the vital details. Then i might wave my magic wand, with Jammy's permission :dontgetit: :genius:
