Ats classics


These have been my fave mini wheel since imm09/mini 50. I saw a dull blue mk2 with them on and never saw another mini with them on so wanted them since. Finally went down to 7.5 brakes so I had to have these

They are still at the wheel refurbers at the mo.

Original plan was to have them refurbished black, but gave them a quick clean and for now I will be running them as they are once new tyres fitted on Monday hopefully.

Not sure if I like them or not. They look a bit ripspeed ish. Might look better fitted to a car though.

 

Saw the full range of these at Bingley Hall this morning, the silver / alloy 6''x10''s looked so much better in the flesh... If I ever have another Mini on 10s I'd be sorely tempted to go with these.

I topped up my mini wheels collection today getting some 10x5 mambas, Some 10x4.5 (I think they are) Cooper s steels and a set of 10x5 momo.

1 set of dunlop d1s. (original no the new copies)

1 set of 10x6 weller motorsports (on the clubby)

1 set of ATS Classics

1 set of 10x5 Mambas (original no the new copies)

1 set of 10x6 ultralights

1 set of cooper s steels

 

1 10x7 revolution (want to find more to make a set)

1 10x6 weller smoothie (again want to make a set)

 

I am picking up a set of 10x5 cosmics soon as well.

 

I sold a few sets a while back but still not a bad collection haha.

Yes haha. The MOMOs are in Craigs garage as I bought so much crap I could not get it all in the clubby so he has some wheels and windows that I need to go and pick up haha.

I wasn't keen on them in the photos I'd seen at first, but seeing them in the metal yesterday I could see a potential project forming in my mind's eye.... a nice early Mk3 saloon in a fruity colour with tinted glass Mk2 Cooper style chrome fittings all round, sitting mean and low and sporting a set of silver SCs covered by W&P arches...
