Not sure if I like them or not. They look a bit ripspeed ish. Might look better fitted to a car though.

I thought that as well when i seen them in the magazine, but look much better in the flesh.  Although it is only the black ones i like.  The ones that have like a diamond cut finish look a bit like the Ripspeed ones you mention lol.

I'm so glad they work well with sportspack arches. I have a set of those wheels that I'm considering posting off the Karl

What wheel bolts and nuts do you use?
Do they fit ok with mpi standard spacer brake drums?

The correct wheel nuts for the special wheels are available from minispares. They should fit fine with the mpi drums but I would get rid of the std 5 mm spacer for the sportspack alloys !

What are the specs on these wheels? Width? Offset? I really like them.

They are standard mini special alloys 10x5 made by Carl at force racing into 10x7 split rims. I'm not sure on offset :s I'm sure if you sent him a email he could give you more info!

Great. Thanks. I'm trying to track down offsets so I can get my car on 10's.

How much metal do you have left under the side repeaters?? I've mounted my group 2's directly beneath them and only have about an inch or so of metal left under the wheel arch, mainly because i wanted to go really low...

But i'm now considering rolling on 10s, i didn't know if i would be too low then or not..? And would the ride get even more uncomfortable than it already is?? haha

Many thanks,

Iain.

Anyone with any experience with these? http://minispares.co...px|Back to shop

I may be way off but the offset seems good enough to go flush with sportspack arches. Like 10x7s would

Ride is greatly improved on 10s as you get a softer ride to to the bigger tyres! My arches are just cut to the sportspack diagram and have never hit on the front as 13"s are about a inch bigger when put next to a 10" with tyres on.

Thanks Minimissions!   It's not too bad for an old van. There is a few more pics of the van in my boring project thread.

Cheers
