I think there just reverse rims

They are cooper reverse rims, you could get the stock centres in reversed rims as well

Are those a new style of lip? Ive never seen them do a flat lip like that before.

Edit- Just saw the update on their website. Insane that you have to take the rim apart every time you need new tires!!!
