i remember chatting to you about them on here yeti glad to see you finally bit the bullet too. carl does a great job, dont forget to buy your inner tubes. managed to find 4 for £18 on ebay good deal. plus you have the benefit of replacing your own tyres as and when needed.



yeah i did bite the bullet, and i need to get 5 inner tubes, how do you mean change the tyres your self???

because they are split rims you cant use a tyre machine to put tyres on.

you unbolt the rim from the whee,l slip the tyre on then put the inner tube in , line the valve up with the hole.

then bolt the rim back on and inflate the innertube which forces the tyre into position.

great isnt it. still need t get them balanced after unfortunately

i forgot that the wheels can be unbolted lol, just had an email from carl saying one of the 5 has got small crack on the inner bead and a flat spot grrrr

SSR's are definately on the top line of wheels IMO. Would love to price up getting some sent over here.

Afraid theres no 10" road legal hoosiers. At least for UK use.
