Gen 6x10 Minilites

Posted Image

"Minilight" 6x10 (these stick out noticeably more than the genuine minilites). Both running S disks & super minifins...

Has anyone fitted or got any pics of the latest genuine Minilite 6x10 Mk11 alloys? They are very popular on the Japanese market but still quite rare in the UK. They have a deeper dish than the standard 6x10 Minilite with an ET-15 offset and were featured in Mini Magazines new products pages recently priced £75.33 each.

Question for those running 7in wide wheels - most of you seem to have yokos A032. they seem a bit stretched, would these be safe for track day? cant seem to find the tyre specs but i think they're rated for 4.5 to 6 wide rims?

any idea what size spacers i would need to fit 10x6 wellers over 8.4" brakes?

I know i'll have to change bearings more often etc but just how big do you need the spacers?

Had alloy cooper S wheel from minispeed on my old mini. I've bought mine from them a few years ago and they look great and are far more comfortable for driving than 13". It's just a pain in the *ss to get them ballanced properly with standard 8,4" disc setup. On the inner side the ballancingblocks rub the callipers. Got it right after 5 attempts with ballancing them the same way as motorbike wheels with stick-on lead in the middle of the rim.
