Most weird thing I've seen so far:
I can't see any spacer. And they look like 5.5 or 6" wide.
And seem to have a gigantic offset!
Was on a white Mini with orange cage/painted orange inside.
Seen on SRR08 - someone knows the owner...?
Cheers,
Jan

What size are ur wheels? and what brakes are you running?
Where can i get the arches from ?
Depending on where you buy them they are group 2 xtra wide or group 5 arches.. i go tmine from MWS and they are group 5 arches!
The MB RACING splitrim wheels are only 10x6" and im running a cooper s brake set up! (pretty normal setup really, nothing rare or hard to find/fit)
Hope this helps, Flip
You will then only put extra strain on all you ball joints and bearings.. thus having to replace them more often!if you fit a beefy spacer you can also fit wellers.

Date of change was 1984 with the Mini25 And the kit 12"/8.4" disc to 10"/7.5" disc is about £220

You wouldn't see the spacers from that angle anyway.

I hate including pictrures in quotes but I guess this time it is relevant...
They look suspiciously like normal Wellers but put on backwards - not an advised practice!

You can tell there is little to no spacer used by where the hub nut sist in relation to the centre of the wheel - a gig spacer would mean it would be much deeper in there.

Actually, having waid that I'm not sure now as the valve is in a sensible place! Mynext guess would be that someone has modified the wheels.

I think a modification is the most probable awnser
I'm going to ask him about if he comes to SRR08 this year.
(Forgott to do so last year)

yeah, i know that, but im just replying to that guy claiming that the fancy steels are the only 10" wheel you can fit over 8.4" disks. which themselves contain a large inbuilt spacer. You will then only put extra strain on all you ball joints and bearings.. thus having to replace them more often!if you fit a beefy spacer you can also fit wellers.
