I agree.Went to the kit car show at Stoneleigh near coventry at the weekend. Saw the z-cars mini. Looked very nice indeed - So simple, esp the front suspension and the install of the cage.
I reckon It's simpler than a metro turbo engine conversion.
Very comprehensive package isn't it.
I think if they did a build manual with it it would be 10 times as popular.

You will need to add a memory card to that if you want to do holiday snaps but it does hold about 15-20 top quality pics as standard.
Plus I,ve seen the same camera advertised in dixons for £253. Everywhere else sells it for £80ish.
Bargain
I will re-take as many of the old pics as I can and post them again.

Try this one out then.....thort that with u guys doin bike engined projects u may be interested in my brothers little project.
he is /was building an R1 engined go-kart!!!!!
its a 250cc national chassis, the engine mounts are sorted, the engine sits by the side of the driver/pilot!
sidecar front exit exhaust system! (handmade, cost almost a grand to have made!)
power shifter (full bore flat out keep it pinned gear changes at touch of button)
and diddy little 8" wide rear tyres.
i think he has got it for sale for reasonable money if anyone is interested, may sell engine seperate, but i doubt it.
what ya think, should be quick once done, if ever done.

I was worried about holding a RWD Mini in a power slide because of the short wheel base, but after seeing this kart I feel alot happier.... now that's a Power slide....
Can you except a 13Meg file by Email ?

I also did it so template can be used over and over.
I used a sharp edge, in this case a pair of scissors. To perforate the dotted line on template.
This is instead of taping template in position on the car and following the line with your jigsaw. Which detsroys template in the process.
Then hold template in position and go over the perforations with a fat black marker pen.
This should leave a nice broken line on your panel and template can be used over and over.

I then slapped a bit of ill-matched hammerite on all the exposed metal.
Don't worry, all the light blue is hidden by the arch.
