Longer than my browser history can remember, I came across a nice official Mini commercial on YouTube which I try to find back. I have been searching for 3 hours, but can't find it back. Maybe someone here recognizes the description and can direct me to it again.

In the clip, there is the voice over of a man. He tells that the Mini used to win rallies and you see flashbacks of the Rally Mini's. Then he start telling that it still is a reliable car (or something like that) and you see a (red?) Mini driving through a curving English country. The music is relaxed and there is a female choir singing "Miniiii!". It looked like a clip from the end of 70's, beginning 80's.

I think it's very nostalgic, hopefully someone knows which clip I talk about.

Thanks for reading!

Got it!

But the music didn't have the girls singing in the background "Mini". I was looking for the one mentioned about, but to be complete, the choir was actually another Mini clip and song from the Oppo (also very nice if you don't know this one):

I'm familiar with both adverts as exerts of both were used in the 1990's Heritage Motoring Films video 'Mini - Wizardry On Wheels'.

Their both foreign Mini adverts and the 1970's Mini Clubman ad is from Australia (as you can tell because the car has external door hinges for starters).

External hinges gave it away.... Yeah, that must be it, not the fat Aussie accent ;-)

I'm not familiar with that film. Is that somewhere available?

'Mini - Wizardry on Wheels', was a short history on the Mini video released by Heritage Motoring Films back in the mid 1990's and it was narrated by Hugh Laurie.

They'd already released 2 other Mini video's with 'The Mini Video' in 1989 and 'The Mini Cooper Video' in 1991. Those have been available on DVD with extras for some time and after doing a little search I've just discovered they've released 'Wizardry On Wheels' on DVD too, although they've renamed it 'Mini Fifty' instead: -

Going by the running time, there's over half an hour more footage than was on the old video release. So if it's the same but with much more, then those old adverts, plus many others should be on it.

:D

Or you could keep an eye on e-Bay and get the old VHS Video version for a few quid instead.
