
Group 2 Arches

Looking group 2 arches but im unsure as to what width to get!?
1.75" or 2.5"??
The car will be running on 6x10's....so which width do i need!?
Pictures would be great lol!

Bit of a pickle,

they type of brakes you have (disks or drums) will alter how much your wheels stick out

You need the wide type of group 2s.
Or alternatively, fit downtown group 5 areches.
can i borrow your crystal ball as i couldn't guess what brakes this guy was running

thank you for being so understand bungle, i wish i was as knowledgable as you
are the grp 2 races from minisport, the 3.5" arches. in that picture, to me, the arches look way too big

At a guess i suppose he was doing a cooper s conversion to fit 6x10 wheels. And my crystall ball this time was right! lol

I fancy those but can't decide between them and WP originals which look
(almost) the same but a little classier having the screws hidden as they do.

The one's have in the picture are Gp 2 Wides from Minisport. When thay are fitted for real, I will be using a rubber strip between the body and arch.
They still need a bit of sanding on the edges to the body as "from the mould" they are not "exact".
I may also trim the outer edge a little to reduce the overall width but I will wait until I am a little further on to check the exact sizing.
As my woodwork teacher used to say, "you can always take a bit more off lad, but you can't put it back on once you've gone too far"!
