The mini needs a new rear subframe so today I finished painting a new frame. In total it's had -
Stripped
treated with metal ready
Painted with POR15
few coats of stone chip
Primed
Top coat
now it looks like this

Few pics from today's progress, as it stands at the end of play the only thing left to do is to bleed the brakes.
New bushes
Arms going back on. Really wish I had painted them now but time was tight
Generic pic
Treated the mini to both front and back handbrake cables, uprated bushes (as pictured) and works exhaust hangers.
