If not easiest start may be a big valve MG Metro head and cam.

If you have an 'normal' 1275cc engine, then buying an MG Metro head and Cam may be your cheapest and easiest start.

The MG Metro head has bigger valves, and the cam is built to match it for a decent performance upgrade over the standard 1275.

Get one out of an MG Metro.

Of course there are a number of other cam's available that will be slightly better if you want to buy new.
I'm not an expert, you could try PMing Calver ST for advice.

No problem, I've heard good things about the Swiftune SW5, and then there's obviously kent cams.

Or minispares.com or similar may be able to offer you a head/cam kit that'll work well together.

Regards,

Dave

Hey, it's nice to see a fellow mini buggier, I have a freestyle. Your buggy looks rather swish >_<
I will be running a kent 266 megadime cam in my engine, same duration as metro, but brand new, and im sure other benefits are achieved buying kent >_<

I'm the proud owner of this..

It has a 1275 fitted, 4 pots & a K&N filter. I'm after a little more power thing is it has 15" wheels fitted.

Instead of changing the wheels (it can be an option) what else can i do to improve power?

What are the best HT leads & plugs?

Oil?

Looks mint, are they any good (Handeling, speed, insurance etc...) got any more pics of the inside + suspension and brakes?
