I have just carried out this swap today following power coating the headlamp rims. I got the Lucs Halogen set from Moss Spares, and went for H4 Xenon bulbs that are supposed to be 30% brighter. They are still 55/60watt. The only problem I had was the small sidelight or pilot light as they seem to call it. With spade terminals it hit the plastic bowl begind the lamp, so I ended up trimming the terminals and soldering. Dunno what they are like as its still light outside!
