Well have been busy grinding and welding away!
Managed to weld in a couple of repair sections in the drivers rear wheel arch:





Obviouly need a bit more attention with the grinder and roloc discs, but are ok for now

Pic of the rear of the valance closer I did on saturday:



Welds need grinding down!

I then proceeded to grind down some previous welding I did on the passenger rear panel....


Used to look like that.....


Probably can just see where they were....

So overall preetty happy

More progress tommorow!!

Well I havent updated in a while... But I've been tidying up all my previous welding and it's looking pretty neat Just got the passenger sill left to do and the rest of the welding on the drivers sill then I can begin prep work

Well it looks as if I'm going to have to finish the sill off the week after Xmas now

But in the spare bit of time Ive had.. I came up with this :

Well the final bit of welding has been done... Passengers outer sill is on!







Seam welded all the underside and then chassis blacked it all ^

Next up: Tidying up all my previous welding ready for the prep work to start!

Well not much to update on Kitkat at the moment... Currently grinding up all my previous welding in order for me to do the prep work (which I'm working for the materials at the moment)
Also recently bought a set of Plastic 12" Centre Hub Caps for my steelie's which I'm thinking about getting banded in the future for my winter wheels
Should update this on Saturday :)

Wow this hasn't been updated in a long time!
Firstly all of the welding is done so I am just grinding up the bodyshell at the moment to get it to a stage where I can begin the prep!

Bought a future engine project for it: 1098 Pre A+, with a skimmed head and metro cam in it, thread can be seen here on that!: http://www.theminifo...__fromsearch__1





All the floor grinding is basically done!

Got some primer


And Yesterday I took the rear subframe off so that I can grind and seal all my welding on the underside, in preperation for waxoyl'ing soon :)




And Also test fitted one of my 3 gauges Whatcha think?

Well not very much has happened recently... Taking a couple of months out of the project to do my GCSE's and Studying etc
Here are a few pictures I found before my phone broke....

Bought a Centre exit Maniflow...


Grotty old 998 Out for a rebulid and an engine bay strip down....


Had a mess about while the old subframe was out... How about this low?


That's pretty much all for the next month or so... Will update this when I begin work again in July... Hopefully I will have her prepped and Painted for the start of Next year?

Well.. it's been a while since I've updated this! Just finished my GCSE Exams, so Hopefully work will resume fully next week! Today I cut and rewelded 2 patches that I was unhappy with, pic's to come on Tuesday! Hopefully prep work will resume then!
