What mk1leg meant is that if you remove the boot lock from the panel you should be able to find a key code on the lock assembly and use that to get a new key cut to the correct profile. Not all my British cars have had that number but I sure wish they did!
However, since you already have the locks I guess you might as well use them. This is all from memory mind you so bear with me.
On the doors, remove the funny screw on the inside, the screw that pivots when you remove turn the handle.
That should allow you to pull the handle out of the door lock assembly.
Look on the side of the handle and you should see a small brass rod/pin about an inch from the lock face.
Drift that pin out and then you should be able to use your key to pull the tumbler assembly out of the handle.
As Haynes says... reassembly is the reversal of these steps.
On the ignition lock, start with the obvious... MARK and remove the wires from the switch AFTER you disconnect the battery in the boot.
Remove the switch from the dash panel. This will involve dropping the heater if you have one.
Look carefully at the side of the switch body.
Somewhere there will be a hole in the side of the switch.
Use a small Allen wrench or tiny screwdriver through that hole and you should find a little spring clip/button.
Push the spring clip in and as with the door locks, use your key to pull the tumbler assembly out.
Reassembly is....
Again, this is all from memory so I may have missed a detail or two but this should get you started.
