well happy with prgress...

BUT... i have descovered, i need a new scuttle...

Drives side scuttle.. took the body filler off to find this! filler was a 1/4 inch thick!


did a little more "sanding" to find this...


passenger side scuttle.. solid?

well, finished taking the front off today..

How the hell this car has survuved for so long i do not know. The drivers side wing, is the original, but is made up of rust... body filler... and 3 different patching plates, pot rivited in place.
the slam panel is made entirely of rust, on the drivers side, just covered up by body filler.
on the same side, the inner wing was made from water repelant at the bottom.

but other then that, i have a solid car
