Love the wheels mate, and love the colour of your roof. What colour is it?

Its a Rover gun metal metallic but until Scott gets back from Work i won't be able to get the right code for it.

Brilliant transformation! Who did the alloys? Must feel great to have it down on its wheels (and solid)!
Force Racing did the conversion, Scott supplied the wheels and a couple of weeks later they came back as split rim lovelies. I got them blasted then i cleaned them up prior to painting them. We are both very happy with the outcome.

Scott wire brushed and Da sanded the fuel tank and then gave it to me for paint
Before stripping
Etch primed
Then numerous top coats after filler primer and primer
Once its hardened it will be flatted back then buffed up to a deep shine. We are still not sure how the boot is going to look so at least painting will give osme bling to the boot.

The tank looks great. Did you do it with rattle cans or a compressor gun & Is it laquered or just black paint?
All rattle canned and its just Halfrauds Black paint although a lot of it. It will get flatted back tomorrow then G3 and polished.

We are in the same boat as we have not a clue where anything goes so between all the manuals we have and the internet I hope to find some info .You can rest assured that there is going to be many more photos yet though
