Very, very nice. All starting to look car like now as you said, a finished shell is nice but soo much better when bits start going back on.

How did you get on with the heelboard nuts??

Graham

Hi Graham, fortunately no bother the other three were fine which was a result. We managed to get a Nyloc nut on the bolt with no real problem so all i have to do is now fit a cover for the access hole i had to make.

Bit of a transformation with Erm today. First off we got his boots on his nice shiny split rims and rather nice they look to
In the process of building them
Posted Image
Trial fitted on the back of the car
Posted Image
Posted Image
All four wheels finished
Posted Image
Close up time
Posted Image
Then we thought lets see what they look like on Paddy
Posted Image
Posted Image
I think it looks the nuts especially if it was lowered a little

Anyway back to Erm, got his rear drums on
Posted Image
Then it was time to fit the refurbed drive shafts with new cv joints and pot joints
Posted Image
Scott then refitted the hubs ready for the track rod ends then on with his wheels
Posted Image
Posted Image
Then it was Krypton factor time getting him off his axle stands
Posted Image
And then he was down on his wheels again for the first time in 22 months

Happy happy days :D :)

Due to everything being brand spanking new and the Hi Lo's have not been set, no engine gearbox etc etc it will be high. Even once everything is fitted it will take a little while to settle down.

There is a lot of weight missing including some fat buggers sitting in it :D :)

DSN Classics supplied all of the Anodised Billet Ali goodies on Erm. Scott has been a very good customer with them. They are very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend them and their product's. Not cheap but the quality is awesome.
