Fitted one of mine lol. Havent got round to doing the drivers side yet. Aint bleed mine off yet, but all seems well so far with fitting. No problems with hose touching tie bar or anything. I have done the banjo fitment hose on mine and had the caliper casting machined.

Any local machine shop should be able to do any machine work.

I drilled my own hubs using a pillar drill.
I did my own flanges
Calipers were done by a local engineering firm I deal with through work.
Hoses made up by a local hose replacement company I deal with through work.
I bought the discs allready machined from MRA Minis - cant see them on the website anymore though?

My conversion cost me <£100

I dont have pics of the caliper machine work. Its literally just removing of the casting around the hose fitting area, to give a flat surface so you can use a banjo type hose.

Hoses were £35 inc vat from a company near my work.

They are braided hoses 320mm length, bulkhead fitting female 3/8unf?, banjo fitment end, 2 copper washers and a metric banjo bolt. They also have a clear coat plastic tube over to protect the hose if it was to rub on any component.

Price is about the normal rate I think. I could have got it cheaper through a company we use at work, but it would have taken longer. I had these built up as i waited and it ment I could check each part of the hose, so I could see what I was getting.

Im looking forward to it to, but ive still got a long way to go as i have another hub to do, but atleast i now no it can be done pretty easily.
Also wish i known i could buy turned down disks as mine were 25 then a tenner to be machined but it,s only fiver extra.

35 aint too bad for the discs and then to get them turned down

finding out i can buy ones already at 7.9 is a bonus
just have to find a place to machine the caliper/carrier, and any other bits that need doing

Some pictures from when i started my converison.... only had a 12" wheel at the time. Tested with several 10inch wheels, fine with 2 sets of different revolutions, fine with my starmags.....mambas dont fit. Shame they dont as i wanted mamba's, but going starmags now.
