As a matter of course I am Changing the a panels on the mini, Have been messing around with the inner hinge panels and decided to whip the a panels off.

Is it as simple as it looks?

Yes it is as easy as it seams... remove the seam strips if they are still on, whic it loos like it is on the off side... then just grind the welds top and bottom off of the panel ( remove the door first ) and then , and the a panel can just be removed, some may have a couple of spot welds down the inner panel.

Doors and front wheels so that you can get to the nuts to take off the hinges for the door. You would have to cut the a panel along the seam where it meets the wing and then grind the metal back so that you're just left with the seam for the wing ready to butt up against the new a panel.
