Yep, OEW is one of the classic Mini colours. Diamond white is nice but it doesn't have the history or character of OEW.

Hey,

 

I've got an '88 Designer too. Far from original though. I've still got the seats, door cards, grey interior & exterior handles. I think I've also got the wheel trims and steering wheel somewhere, took them off years ago. According to www.howmanyleft.co.uk there are 161 Designers on the road today!
