Bit of an update on whats happened since the RR session!
Finished of the mini and had a very kind Scruiteneer come and check my mini met the 2013 msa safety regs, as the mini 7 racing club have opened up an invitation class to their awesome championships!

I will be competing with my mini in the mini Miglia championship so my next step was to go testing at mallory park, on the week leading to the test I managed to secure sponsorship from minispares and am very proud to have such a great company on the car and joining us on this awesome journey!

It was a good day got some running in the mini felt awesome but had major fueling issues coming out of Gerard's high g long right hander, we found the problems but not before it was too late!! And suffered a loss of compression!!!
During the day I was lucky enough to have had a mag feature the car hence the lack of photos as they would like me to hold on till the release on which I'm waiting for a date i will let you all know!
Got the mini back pulked the head off to find the compression issue was a melted piston!! Pulled the engine out stripped down for rebuild so I'm waiting for my block to come back from the machine shop and have ordered a proper racing alloy tank with baffles and foam filled so to solve and more issues in the future check out our progress on the link below, we would live all your likes on the page ;)
