First off pulled the front off to make some "adjustments!!"
This allowed me to take a pic of the repairs I did to the bulkhead, note copper primer again!!

Now, I could get on with fitting the front end.

Very happy with the shut lines, all looks nice and neat.
Its all just tacked in place at the moment, a few "alterations" are still required but its finally starting to take shape.

This is the first time i've been on here since Martin said he'd started it up and i can't believe how far forward you guys have moved!
It's makes a massive change to see that work is being done instead of being told that things are being done when in actual fact nothing has been done or the work that has been done has made things worse than how they were when my poor little Chloe went into the damn place....WELL DONE GUYS!!!! i'm well chuffed

We had some doors for it that had been "Reskinned", however on closer inspection they weren't as good as we'd have liked so I've re-skinned both doors!!

So, onnce that was done I finished off the welding to the drivers side floor, re-welded in the cross seat cross member(I don't seem to have taken a pic of this but trust me I have!!)
So now time to remove the drivers side rear 1/4 and make a start on replacing that.
Before any of this could take place I need to finish off the inner sill stiffeners and a little bit of work inside the companion bins

That looks a lot better than before!!
So now its 1/4 fitting time!!
The panel looked to be a good fit(when we tried it up against the car!!), however when I came to fit it.........................hmmmmmm!!
At one point I wasn't even convinced that it was actually for a mini!!!
Still, lots of grinding, tapping, bashing and fettling later

I'd just about run out of G-clamps and mole grips!!
Problem was with the curve of the panel, it just didn't want to sit right, little did it realise it had no choice!!!!
So after much trial fitting....

Very happy indeed with that, a little filler and you won't even know it had been changed!!
I just hope I never have to do another one
(crap, still got the other side to do!!)
Really happy with the way its coming on.
