>_< No problem, I'm after a set myself.. These might be a bit cheaper, not the right type for my clocks by the looks of it.

no worries, i got mine off the company's ebay shop, £8 cheaper for some reason. they look well good at night. they come with a dimmer switch and you can change the colour from blue to 'green' but it looks pretty rubbish in comparison

Here's an alternative view (forgive the pun).

Have to be honest - they look very LEGO to me.
The daylight version look like the clocks on my two year old's pedal car.
And you'll notice that unlike a "modern" car the needle doesn't light up when the rest of the gauge does.
So you'll be hunting for a black line wobbling over a neon landscape to tell your speed as you approach that speed camera.

I love the way they light up but the technology has overwhelmed the design and therefore the
whole effect. You'll be spending a lot of time with these clocks and (personally) I wouldn't want to look at the
daylight version of them very often... :D

Ours don't light up but the designs are good and they're ten quid !
They illuminate properly in the binnacle and they look "right" in a Mini.

You can even have them tailor made to your own design.
Check out a few examples of what we produced for forum members during our July sale:
Clicky

So - just an alternative view. No wiring required, visible night or day - our website is here Gallileo Gauges

Best wishes
Monty

i did look long and hard at your gallileo ones but eventually the way they look at night won me over. i agree, in the daytime they look 'adequate' lol, not bad by any means but could look better.

Nick, these use electroluminescent material so its not just a case of changing some LED's over. one of the reasons i changed mine (apart from the new dash)was because my old dials looked like candle's in a jam jar.
