Ive still got XP, i dont plan to update anytime soon I dont know my way around Vista at all.
Vista is much like XP, only not as user friendly or nice.
Having 'Windows Movie Maker' for free is great though, because it's very easy to use and I've achieved some clever things as you can see from these old Mini video's I manipulated: -

That's the new up and coming Windows operating system isn't it?
Vista can't have a great reputation if their replacing it so soon then?

That was some smooth plugging there mister
Well yes of course, I worked hard editing those things, put in long hours and also got threatened with divorce unless I pulled my finger out and helped around the house more.
So I'll have to convert the video's every so often from now on. But I was a very good boy on the weekend and spent all day digging the garden. So now my misses is happy to let me get our Mini MOT'd now.
I'll be crossing my fingers and toes and losing sleep again over that then.

But the worst thing about vista is that it gets slower the more you use it.
p.s. 7 beta's been out for a while now. most people are just dual booting it atm.how you get that i bout to buy new laptop and have to wait till it goes on sale to public on 22nd oct,....
But it has been released to manufacturers last week, so i don't think you need to wait till oct 22nd
p.p.s windows movie maker is not included in 7 taffy
