Probably a stupid question.

zinc prime then seam seal?

No, not a stupid question. I have zinc primed (U-POL Weld Through primer) all flanges before thery were plug welded, also any plates that sit over the top of other areas (Such as rear valance closing panels to the boot floor).

After they are welded and etch primed, my next strep is to seam seal, then add normal primer, and paint.

Hi
Once I apply the tiger seal, how long should I give it to dry before adding primer?
Thanks

Knowing how meticulous your project is, I'd hat for something to go wrong at this stage - I'd leave it a full 24hours - so that you're certain it's cured.

Hi
I have applied the tiger seal, and will now wait until tomorrow to add primer etc. Anyway, it is fantastic and so easy to use. it goes on really smoothly, especially when smoothed into joints with a finger. Fantastic stuff.
