THATS EXACTLY WHAT I NEED !!!!!! nice rack! Is that mild steel? whats the width? how did you fix it to the gutters?

Well just to update everyone I went to the SMD show and picked up a Barrus rack for £30. There quite a few on ebay for £45 posted. Anyway I sprayed it white and then by using bolts and normal pine made the slats for the top and stained them in dark oak. The whole thing only took 2 hours to knock up and cost me £48 total.

I''ll also be looking for a roof rack, minispares do one for about £30, but it seems to be just 2 roof bars, and designed for functionality. 
So i shall be on the hunt this wkend...
