Started fitting my boot ling kit from optimise today but got rained off.

Most annoyed at the weather as I hoped to modify the throttle body stop to allow the throttle body to open fully.

Hoping it will be dry tomorrow... Must get a new house with garage...

Got my heater working again! A blockage in the heated inlet manifold and a severe restriction in the hose union from the bottom hose were the final problems. At least chasing all the other problems has me a flushed engine and a new thermostat.

Crikey Mother O'Reilly it's very warm now, forgot what that was like.. Just as well the new heater cable got fitted so as I can control it..
Running better too now with the inlet manifold back in the circuit.

The best thing ever for unclogging & decrapping pipes / manifolds apart from a long screwdriver. A £5 coily spring thing from B&Q.

Made the most of a break in the rain to fit my new seal between the rear light unit and the body :P - except just as I came to put the new seal in, it started chucking it down from the grey skies again!!

Loads of water poured out the light unit - looked like a bit of a bodge job by a previous owner :( Not anymore, this time the jobs a goodun!! :) so hopefully that'll stop the rain getting into the boot *crosses fingers and hopes*.

Driven it on 3 cylinders or less by the feel/sound of it.
Just trying to correct the problem at the moment but I believe it to be a fueling issue.
Aren't Minis fun eh!?
