hi guys thinking about getting a mayfair and i deffinatlly want a leather interior i was thinking of getting the standard mayfair seats reupholstered in leather is this good or shouldi get new seats thanks ross

What I was thinking.

This time next month I should be in a position to show my colour coding. Right now it's a project on the go. The paintwork is going to be a dark sunset orange Kandy paint, tinted windows with leather seats in magnolia leather with black piping. Matching door cards, buscuit coloured carpets and parcel shelf. This will be stage one. Future work should include leather magnolia dash, centre consol etc etc.
Seeing all these lovely photos on this forum gives me hope I'm heading in the right direction.

Worth concidering getting metro seats which I believe are the same as in the smp. I'm getting mine from M.A.D

I have just ordered, a set of rover coupe seats, covered in a cream leather/vynil mix, rears to match, and piped in red, with matching door ccards and red carpets, from these guys, they will be fitting it for me at the castle combe action day. Sorry no pics as yet

How hard would it be to re trim without any proper tools and lack of experiance? (apart from art degree) ha ha its practicle i know.

Its just i dont have 600 pounds to pay sombody to do it.

Dashboard i recovered and the seats were done properly by a pro so yea could be done in reverse colours ....
