im not sure why it says in the guide on minifinity to use a crimper as far as im aware its heat shrink used mainly
but saying that the ring terminals i ave got look like they will need crimping before heat shrinking

have you got a crimping tool as you may need to crimp the terminals to the wire

Yer...you have to crimp the connections onto the wire, the heatshrink is just to attach the insulation as accuratly as possible, and to ensure no shorting occured on the crimped area. The Crimping tool is definitely something you need.

im learning at the moment lol. havent passed but im booking my test in soon lol. havent crashed yet so i suppose thats good! although i already drive like a rally driver so i get told of when making my way back from castle combe lol.

ahh i was learning for 2 years before i finally passed
so i became like all other drivers out there lazy, relaxed, unaware of curbs when looking at two classic minis parked on a drive aha >_<

lol. but i love driving in a mini. feels like a go kart but with a shell and goes kinda faster aswel lol.

you know, ive just realised if i ticked the box 'enable email notifications of replies i would have like 90 emails waiting for me lol.

i was still only in college at the time and my steering had a habit of following where my eyes went lol

and that is why i always tick the box saying no notifications haha.

back on topic do you plan on using the earth point suggested in the MF guide or a different one?

liirge any recommended earth points or would you say on the heater is suitable?
