I am sourcing some bonding sealer through the trade, so hopefully be able to supply the panels with the bonding sealer very soon.

If you remove the window on an estate, remove the sliding bit (felt) you are left with about an inch ledge. I plan to make it so you can rivet into that ledge from the inside. So ideally you would line up the new panel, mark where to drill, remove panel, drill a small hole for the rivet. Place panel in position with bonding sealer applied, get inside car with a rivet gun and pop the rivet in. Job done.
The sealer im looking at is about £13 a tube, it is high strength stuff for fitting panels, body kits, boat parts etc. It is really strong, waterproof etc.

We have changed the design slightly by fibreglassing metal supports into the back of the panel, allowing the edges to be thinner for better blending into bodywork. We are also fibreglassing brackets into the panels directly.
We will sort out a fitting guide with pictures of how we like to fit them, but we can also provide the panels without brackets if you wish to fit differently etc.
Looks excellent in place on my clubman estate as we mark out measurements for brackets etc.

but finding metal panels is hard. I have a van which i was going to cut the panels out of, but now we are going to restore it instead. I have a full NSR quater panel also, but still going to fit fibreglass ones to my estate.
Clubvan estates for the win!

Pressing them from steel is alot harder, as we would need to make the male and female components of the press. This is the easiest, cheaper option to make an exact replica panel. The plan was never to produce them, but to convert my own clubman estate into a van.
Due to demand we are going to produce them for other owners.
The brackets we've made rivet into the window ledge, you will need to see the pictures really.
Got a couple of sets ready to go after the guide is produced this week.
