I say go for it - If you find yourself out of your depth a little way down the line, then that's fine - But I really think you can manage this...!

Karl, I think some is the wrong word...

But it is only some if you look at each bit as a separate project. As long as you have the time and money to fix things it shouldn’t be too hard. Besides I’ve managed to do my Mayfair with only one of the above and even less of the second one now
