right today i let my self loose with the hole cutter and it turn out pretty good and just placed a bit of mesh behind and it looks amazing lol. will fix it in properly when its all painted etc.

hopfully not this weekend next lewis will be coming to weld a strip of metal along my door to close the gap up on the drivers side.
You really DON'T need to weld the door though, all it needs is the holes filing out in the hinge panel and some spacer shims behind the hinges, then it will fit perfectly.

i used 80grit,180grit,240grit then 320grit on a air da sander. then im going to go over the hole lot with a grey scotch brite
