hi there quick update i have ordered my paint nautilus blue and black for the roof also i have ordered all the parts i need from minispares so when everything arives i will post up pictures

big update i got all the bits i need for the mini at last over £500 worth lol. i have all my paint and thinner and harderners. i got a mk1 grille and surround light bowls,shocks gaz 1's, battery switch, window fillets,head lights crystal irdium 1's,gutter trim, also got new amp and front speakers and also ordered vibe 6.5 speakers also i got another securon 4 point harness.

so all good i will start work again on the mini even though its a bit cold will let you what i do soon

well today i went out into the cold garage and fix the hose leak on the radiator. fitted a new vac hose on engine and drilled new holes for the rollcage

oh and brought a new passenger door

should get some more done soon

Excellent mate. Good work. Ive seriously been considering a Mainstream cooper on ebay that had been restored by MINI BITZ, It looks great like yours did, but i dont think i'l touch it now!. Must've been heartbreaking to see it deteriate in such a short period of time.

Im watching, keep us updated.

cheers for the feedback guys. had it running again on monday. running perfect and fixed the leak on the heater just needed new clip. I Cant wait till it warms up want my dad to crack on painting it. this weekend im gonna go buy some caliper paint from halfrauds lol and paint the rear drums and the calipers. and drill 2 holes to bolts the roll cage in. also will post some pictures up.

well so far today i have fitted a battery cut-off switch into the boot also jacked that car up ready for the drums to be painted in red! will get pictures asap

hi guys i have finshed painting the drums look pretty good and also have a fitted a direct negative cable to the engine made everything work bit better even light brighter so tommorow will get some pictures up of the work i have done i have just got to paint the front calipers. and also just waiting for college money to come through then will buy a shultz gun to spray stonechip on the inside to protect the panel and make it bit quieter as it bit loud when engine running at the moment lol. and alos as i got the back wheels of i am going to raise the hilos up lol as they are tooo low.

also will post a picture of the new door on the car pretty good fit bargin for £25.00

hi i have fitted the heater back in for about the 3rd time will run the engine to make sure it is not leak finger crossed. also i have stonechiped the hole internal floor pretty pleased with the finish.
