I was just wondering what steering wheel that is? I bought the same one from a jumble and it's missing the centre piece
I need to find one, either that or I make one.

Epic build by the way, utterly jealous! I hope mine looks half as good as yours when I'm finished.

well apparently the company that accesses the cars there computer system has been down so they are running a back log but they have supplied me with a fiat punto hire car so all good

Hey mate, just read through the whole topic, awesome job. Me and a mate were saying that there aren't many cars that look good in blue but for you I'll happily eat my words. One of the nicest colour schemes and Minis I think I've seen. Sorry to here about the damage hope it gets fixed soon

cheers lads. The colour name is nautilus blue JND code. its in a garage now should get it back with with in the next 3 weeks hopefully 2 weeks time.they are just waiting for all parts etc etc. also i am looking into buying a metro gta engine which i am going to hopefully push 80bhp out of it standard is 73bhp. also had some good new the mini mag still want it featured just got to let the photographer know when i have the car back so all good

well as mine got hit and damaged it still going in the magazine but the photoshoot had to be prosponed. they are looking to take pictures within the next 2-3weeks but i dont have the car back yet so . thanks for nice comments exhaust looks pretty good i think but one day it will be coming off i want a cooper works one but quite expresive though.


update on repair

car is welded and now painted

they are just waiting on few parts to come

little update got car back like 3 weeks ago and had the photoshoot for mini mag yesterday went really well just cant wait till see it in there now!

Just been reading your magazine feature and it looks brilliant - so thought I'd search out your project thread and say hi.

Your mini looks great, obviously been tonnes of work done - and to think, I got all pleased with myself because I changed a battery on my own
