Sorry about the quallity of the picture, but you can pritty much see between bore one and two not only has the gasget gone but a chunk of the block around 3mm deep had blown out aswell.
This was a morspeed fast thou complete engine/gearbox that my friend got around 2 years ago it decided to go pop in this manor in the middle of a mini run. around 3months after he put it in.
Since it took him quite a lot of effort to get the engine from morspeed, he decided not to bother sending it back or even telling them about it. Instead he has abandoned his mini at the bottom of his garden for over a year now.
Has anyone ever seen this before on a thou? He never got a spec of the engine from morspeed so have no idea what C/R it was running or what cam. All he knows was that it was fully set up on rolling road and reached 65bhp.

and its positive!
I ordered a phase 3 cam kit through ant here on the forum, he put my order through and I received it a couple of weeks later.
I had good contact with him, got replys to my emails and queries about the cam and things and it all went smoothly.
I have to say, i would be happy to use morspeed again.

Unfortunately not all customers will know they need internet access, a TMF account and to PM Ant on here to order a camshaft......

Considering the contentious subject matter can we please leave the topic for those who have actually had dealings, good or bad, with Morspeed to give an honest account of their experiences.

Now, I would like to ask a favour. Carol's court hearing should be coming up soon. From what I have heard neither Simon or his solicitors have been helpful or even compliant in the run up to court date. May I ask for everyone who has had negative dealings with Morspeed to email [email protected] with details of those dealings, keeping it entirely factual. Things like copies of receipts, bank statements (with sensitive data blanked out obviously), emails, letters, etc will all be very helpful. Please do all you can in order to help Carol through this very difficult time. I've spoke with her a couple of times very recently and I feel she's been quite drained by this whole experience.
Thanks should go to MED however who have kindly offered to complete the engine that Oli, Prawn and Carol should have got.

dont worry it's just Jordie having another unnecessary dig. As mentioned before the TMF team/admin/mods should not be putting across biased opinions.
Sorry, but I've got to pick up on this. Because we're moderators we're not allowed to express our opinions?
